Located close the beach of Cala Jondal, Villa Jondal is a contemporary 400sqm house, immersed in a 3.600m2 plot with a spectacular sea view all around.
Just few steps from the house, the beautiful infinity pool surrounded by a teck deck with sunbeds and umbrellas where to admire beautiful sunsets and tak a refresching bath during the hottiest days in Ibiza, a large covered terrace with sails, a bar with ice dispenser, table and chairs for outdoor dinnners, Bbq , a billiard table, to spend happy moments all toether.
Entering inside Villa Jondal offers to its guests a spacious living room with TV, DVD player a dining area with table and chairs and the equipped kitchen with the dishwasher, coffe machine, freezer and the oven, this space has the direct access to the outdoor lounge.
At this floor there are two double ensuite bedrooms: one with direct access to the terrace, and a private bathroom with the bathtub. At the garden level other 2 bedrooms with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
At the lower level with indipendent entrance through the garden:for the sports lovers there is the fitness room, loundry room and a cellar fridge.
Complete the property a panormaic roof terrace from where to admire the surrounding and the guests will appreciate the direct access to the beach and the private parking.
